I’m an operator at heart, drawn to complex challenges where mission, scale, and execution intersect. As Chief Operations Officer at Crossover Health—a direct-to-employer, multidisciplinary primary care model serving organizations such as Apple, Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon—I operated at national scale, building a virtual care network across all 50 states and leading the launch of 16 health centers across 6 states in just 15 months. Earlier in my career, I led large-scale field operations across 250+ retail and pharmacy locations at Target and Rite Aid—building a foundation in distributed operations, team leadership, and customer-centered execution.
My work has consistently centered on building systems that scale. This has included integrating competitor clinics across both private and public sectors, standing up new licensing and credentialing programs that improved provider onboarding by 30%, and leading operational, quality, and population health standardization through KPI development and analytics-driven operating systems. During the pandemic, I also led development of a COVID testing program and the Crossover Passport app, creating new service capabilities while generating incremental revenue.
I hold a PharmD from UC San Diego, and that clinical training continues to shape how I think about systems, decisions, and accountability. It reinforces a bias toward evidence-based thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep respect for the end user—whether that’s a patient, customer, or team member. I’ve also led cross-functional teams spanning operations, DevOps, and information security, helping achieve SOC 2 and HITRUST certifications to meet the needs of enterprise and finance-sector clients.
As a leader, I bring a high-energy, low-ego approach grounded in curiosity and accountability. I care deeply about building teams where people can do their best work—where expectations are clear, ownership is real, and development is an ongoing priority. Mentorship and team development aren’t side efforts for me; they’re central to how I measure success, whether building future executives, leading board-level updates, or helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and operational complexity.
Outside of work, I love the outdoors, cycling, running, astronomy, and photography. My personal website breakinglightphoto.com has my portfolio of work.
I build teams that execute at scale—without losing clarity, accountability, or humanity.
I’m always interested in connecting with thoughtful leaders and organizations doing meaningful work.
